The Inland Empire Debating Society
has an annual scholarship program for local high school students in order to encourage their futher education.
The scholarship fund could always use your financial support. There are so many local high school students who could
use funds just for books much less the many other costs of obtaining an education.
In
order to raise money for these annual scholarships, the Inland Empire Debating Society holds monthly raffles. We also
sell CD's of our different debates on various topics over the years. If you are interested, please email mayra.inlanddebates@gmail.com.
Additionally, we are in discussions with Grapevine Discounts, which offeres a discount card for local
retail and food companies. Members of the Inland Empire Debating Society can issue these cards in order to
raise funds for the scholarship fund.
We recognize the hardships facing many young students these days
and would like to encourage donations toward the scholarship fund.
